I think Ori is letting all this money grabbing schemes go to his head. I repsect the mans work and apreciate his getting me onto this diet but I am slowly losing respect for where his direction is going.

I don't blame him, he's human too. i just hope the warrior/artist in him will be able to overcome any of that money/greed/power crap that is definitely coming his way. I hope he stays good and romantic...

Thanks for the info Ishina. I have no problem cutting on a normal bodybuilding diet, and as far as muscle mass, have nearly maxed my natural potential. But since the WD is more my eating style, considered giving it a go for cutting...

I use the warrior milk at the moment, and I like that its organic. I also take a multivitamin at the moment. I don't know if it's a "whole food" one though; its from Solgar. Thanks for the help.
